100% Timely Compliance

Simplify Employee State Insurance Compliance

Businesses covered under ESIC regulations must fulfill strict periodic filing obligations to maintain their active status and avoid labor notices.

ESI compliance involves a two-tiered system: depositing monthly contributions (challans) and submitting detailed half-yearly returns (Form 5). Any mismatch between your payroll software and the Shram Suvidha portal can trigger massive fines and block your employees from accessing critical medical care. Our specialists handle this entire lifecycle, ensuring accurate reporting and total peace of mind.
